CALMS combines data from numerous sources to give you a seamless, single view of your customers, vehicles and other assets, helping support your operational and customer care efforts.

Whether the information is stored in your organization’s own internal systems, CALMS itself, or external sources, CALMS can draw together all the data relevant to an individual or managed asset and present it in a variety of ways.

A customer ‘snapshot’ provides a single view of key client information and interaction (service cases, calls, emails, documents etc.), which is essential for effective customer services. In another example, the Information Collection Engine (ICE) polls data from numerous external credit reference agencies so you have all the facts when making credit decisions. And there are many other ways that CALMS aggregates information to give you a single view.
