As well as all the basic functions, such as supplier set-up, verification and invoice management, there are powerful in-built document management and workflow capabilities.

You can configure business rules to set up automatic document generation or verify inbound documents. And inbound documents can be automatically scanned, linked with appropriate records, and used as triggers for the next round of workflow activities.
