Context

With more than 45,000 clients and over 87,000 contracts, Raiffeisen Leasing is one of Austria’s top three lease finance companies, and is owned by Raiffeisen Group.

Raiffeisen traditionally supported its operation through a mixture of suppliers for the various packages and interfaces. This led to a confusion of responsibilities, but also difficulties in the service quality provided, including major failures in systems and accounting.

Challenge

Following a detailed review, White Clarke Group was appointed as sole provider of services and support in conjunction with the in-house IT team in 2010. This created a clear line of responsibility and also allows a more efficient and cost effective management of resources and budgets

Solution

CALMS, hosted in Vienna, is now a stable and reliable platform for the continuous operation and future expansion plans of Raiffeisen Leasing. Working in partnership with White Clarke Group, a number of major projects have been successfully completed, including a merge of portfolios and several upgrades of the system.

Results

White Clarke Group’s CALMS platform helps the company to rationalize its operations through the Raiffeisen Banking network across Austria. Raiffeisen Leasing is planning further enhancements and streamlining of their operation in the future.
