Ford Motor Credit Company is a leading global automotive financial services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford. It has provided dealer and customer financing to support the sale of Ford products since 1959.

Ford Credit funds autos for and through Ford and Lincoln dealerships in some 70 countries. It finances new, used, and leased vehicles, and provides wholesale financing, mortgages, and capital loans for dealers. The company also offers business fleet financing and insurance. Ford Credit is headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan, USA

Solution

White Clarke Group was selected to provide a robust and scalable originations platform to service Ford’s global finance organization in Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Switzerland, France, UK, Australia, Taiwan, Thailand, Luxembourg, Japan, Germany, China, Spain and Mexico. It had to meet the test of being best-in-class to best facilitate sales penetration.

The pilot implementation took place in Mexico, servicing a large and diverse portfolio with in excess of 1 million applications per year, with incremental rollout to European and Asia Pacific markets. Later countries included Japan and China.
