Objectives:

Conduct client workshops with the purpose of defining As-Is and To-Be business processes, identifying process gaps and designing a best fit solution for applicable systems

Requirements of the role

  • A diploma/degree in Accounting/Financial services will be highly regarded

Essential

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the confidence to liaise with a variety of client personnel
  • Proven track record of providing strong, client focused systems analysis to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of and involvement in the software development lifecycle

Desired

  • Experience in one of the automotive, equipment finance or finance industries
  • Experience working on large vendor implementations (using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
  • A strong business analyst track record, although junior business analysts that show a lot of potential will be seriously considered

Description of the role

  • Create a series of detailed designs based on collaboration with both client and internal technical teams
  • Assist the technical team with the development of your designs and testing the solution delivery
  • Work closely with clients to ensure smooth professional delivery of systems
  • Investigate and resolve client issues and queries concerning business functionality
  • Transfer of business knowledge and expertise to other employees
  • Train business users
  • Configure business processes and system settings to achieve specific business outcomes
  • Update user and administration documentation
  • Help to build and maintain our industry-leading product
