Requirements of the role


  • Relevant IT Industry qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Practical experience on ticketing system (ServiceNow/JIRA/CRM)
  • Previous experience dealing with support cases or requests via email, telephone and in person
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of software development cycle
  • Excellent written and spoken English


  • Familiarity with the finance industry
  • Knowledge on interest and debit
  • Understanding of change and release management

Description of the role

  • Log, prioritize, diagnose, manage, monitor and report the status of support incidents, problems and requests for clients and management
  • Escalate issues to internal product and development teams or external vendors where appropriate
  • Update and maintain internal knowledge base, including configuration and resolution documentation
  • Test application fixes
  • Prepare releases, release notes and deliver patches
  • Manage small change requests
  • Manage production mirror test environments
  • Educate users on existing application functionality, configuration and management
