Do you need a technical background to succeed at White Clarke Group? It depends on the role you are after. Obviously, we need computer, technology, maths and business studies graduates. But we also welcome employees with a background in marketing, project management, finance or almost anything else.
The key thing is to have a thirst for knowledge. You are a raw graduate – not the finished article. So bring your potential, your enthusiasm and your good humor to us. We will help you shine.
So what sort of attributes are we looking for? Well, you will not be afraid of hard work, that is for sure. Don’t worry - we do not expect you to be burning the midnight oil every night. We would always encourage working smarter, not harder.
You should be able to thrive under pressure, embrace a challenge, and be creative, self-motivated and dedicated. If you can bring these qualities to bear in the workplace, we will keep our end of the bargain, with a great salary and rewards package coupled with an environment that helps you excel.
How far will you go?
How far you go will depend on the size of your ambitions. You can be sure that we will be removing every obstacle from your path. As part of a team, project implementation and support will quickly come your way. You could not ask for a faster or more satisfying learning curve to match your talents and ambitions.
You might go geographically far, too. A career with White Clarke Group is full of global possibilities. You could find yourself working in our offices across Europe or in the US, Canada, Australia, India or China.

We believe in fun too
Life is about balance. And we know what all work and no play did to Jack. That is why we like to have fun, too. Hierarchies in our offices tend to be quite small. That encourages teamwork and a friendly atmosphere among our many young staff, which often means spending time together outside of work.
That could be in pubs and bars, or it could be on the sports field. We have a football team that competes in a local business league as well as many other opportunities to get sweaty and competitive all over the world.
If muddy boots are not your thing, you can also bond over the summer barbecue, the annual black-tie ball, and regular birthday and celebratory drinks. If you have moved away from family and friends, all of this can help you settle in.
